BOOKING TERMS – ROOF FIANI POOL CLUB
Booking is mandatory and NON-REFUNDABLE.
After card payment, cancellation, changes, or partial/total refunds are not allowed, including no-show, change of mind, delay, weather conditions, or partial service closure.
The charged amount is due in full and is not refundable in cash.
For hotel guests, the €20 per person is a food & beverage credit to be used on the open Pool Club account by 18:30 (pool closing time). It cannot be charged to the room bill and is not refundable in cash.
For external guests, the €25 per person is not redeemable: it covers Pool Club access only (sunbed and towel).
Included: 1 sunbed and 1 towel per person. There are 30 sunbeds in total, assigned on arrival and not bookable individually.
Pool hours: 10:30–18:30. Season: 1 May – 30 September.
Minors allowed only if accompanied. No outside food or drinks. Pets are not allowed.
The customer confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms before purchase.
